At No.9...We we make great burgers! All of our hamburgers are cooked when ordered. We do this so you can be sure to receive a fresh, hot of the grill burger. Our process take longer but it is well worth the wait. We believe that is one of the best burgers you will ever eat. Although it is rare to have a well-done burger done well, that's is exactly what we do. You will not find "gourmet-burgers" at No.9; nor will you find chain-driven burg-o-matic machines, old-burger holding bins or microwaves. At No.9, we keep it old-school, including our flavor. And No, we are not retro...we just never caught up.
